Re-reading my post I think it made more sense at 3:00am.

I am fascinated by human behaviour and how we are all controlled by the same basic instincts, no matter who we are or where we come from. We all want to survive, create and destroy- in different quantities. People living in third world countries are in such a dire situation that everything they do is focused around survivng till the next day. In the civilised world we have everything available to us. We don’t have to catch or grow our own food, we just go to the supermarket. Even if we lose everything and can’t find an income the government will still support us. Since basic survival is taken out of the equation I think that we’ve had to find other ways to occupy our time on the planet. Some people create new things like art, design or buildings or freeways and some people destroy things… Like buildings… Or people.

Went off on a bit of a tangent there… But I find it a very interesting topic.

I’ve had good intentions to send money to human and animal protection funds but I always find excuses not to. Like I’m too lazy… Maybe I will do something about it.

Not like animals- They laze about and respect the world around them. Although they do eat each other.. That’s kinda weird…
