We all want clearer skin and aspire to have skin so clean one can eat nachos off without fretting. Unfortunately not all of us have this privilege so here are some steps towards a cleaner surface area of skin. (link to Blog)

For those that have many international guests to their blog, here’s a nice widget by Google that’ll translate your site for these happy foreign readers! (Link to Widget)

Three untapped values of Social Networks by Chris Brogan (Great blog here)

Another great moment in the life of George W Bush at  a Press Conference…’I got a B in Econ 101….’WTF? (The Clip is HERE)

Mr T WoW ad? Worst PR ever…sorry old friend. What’s your real age?

Now it’s been a while and I do apologise, I have been renovating a new house so any free time I have seems to be dedicated towards it…

So please understand when there are absences. But I will keep everyone posted.

Tech Love

For all the gaming heads out there and all the Mr T fans. What better than to put the two together?  Here’s the link to both Mr T and William Shatner’s ads for World of Warcraft (WoW).  Enjoy!

Now this is both a painful and comical experience, a good friend who introduced  me into the interactive media field has felt the unfortunate wrath of bad PR. He does not appear in the clip mind you, but this is a classic example of PR gone wrong…very wrong. So when we think of making a company ‘trendy’ or ‘hip’ what’s the first thing that comes to mind? A freakin’ rap song that’s sung by our executive staff and CEO! I won’t hold it back any longer.

THE LINK!

Yes yes y’all we don’t stop…oh the horror.

Lifestyle

What’s your real age? I’m 23 but I’m apparently 15.8 years old . While I doubt the validity thereof I do admit I have a pretty healthy lifestyle apart from sleeping 4-5 hours a night.

Weirdest and freakiest and politically testing commercial from the land of Japan…why kid’s depression is connected to a child humping dog that advocates potato chips I have no idea.

Plus I am considering clearing this mess of a blogs template to something refreshing. If anyone knows any nice templates they would like me to use or just have a suggestion feel free to let fly so we can get a chatting about renovatin this here blog!

Oh and this happens everyday on my way to the office to some newb tourist

Zune? iPod, Google opens OpenSocial, Give yoself a ROFL!

 Hey guys,

Awfully sorry on the delay! I now have the connection I need to hook up a mean post!

Oh by the way, I just saw the movie Munich, an eye-opening story on the Israeli and Palestinian fighting based on the 1972 Munich massacre. If you haven’t seen it yet, feel free to check it out some time. 8.5/10

Hope we are all well, shall we begin?

Tech Love

So Microsoft’s answer to the iPod – the Zune has a new campaign, do you like it? Too bad I just bought a new 3rd gen iPod nano, now it took a little time to grow on me but I guess I’m slowly becoming a fanboy…damnit!

Google opens OpenSocial and provides Orkut support, are you social? To learn more about OpenSocial go here.

This is for the marketing minded, how much advertisers pay for the attention of NYC – a nice way to ballpark figures for campaigns. I hope you enjoyed as much as I did. It’s a video clip by the way (less than 2 minutes and worth it).

Here’s a great link for the Creative minds, 30+ links for Mind Mapping Tools!

Lifestyle

I had to post this hehe This is how to get laid in 1977 and your ass kicked in 2007. NICE as ice with tonic.

Best Bollywood clip translation EVAR! ooooooooooaaaaaaaaauuuueee Benny Lava (watch it and you’ll LOL)

Now I love my gaming so when in need of an energy boost or the extra kilo that will turn me into Gimli I turn to my list of top 23 snacks for gaming! Some are on the edge of pushing the edge of whether you are a fully fledged macho male – but if you like pedicures, manicures etc.  then read on past #13  Our friendly local sys admin and I decided #1-13 is just fine for the majority of us. 🙂

Scientists find the oldest living animal. Then kill it. The title made me ROFL OL.

What’s a ROFL without a pic?

idiot

Have a great week guys!

Facebook’s RSS feeds, iPhone+Facebook?! Link included! MySpace drug education?!

Well my return to blogging has been nothing but smooth but we truck on!

Tech Love

Facebook keeps opening up and winning the fans such as I who is well on my way to merging from MySpace to Facebook…this time round the boys, gals and bots at Facebook have opened up their data feeds for us to enjoy…certainly more fun than finding out you’ve been zombified (in-facebook joke *chortle chortle*)

So Facebook is now on the iPhone too! Now while I may not have access to an iPhone I can wonder how much fun it would be to behold it on my mobile handset that is a generation behind…hehe

Here’s an interesting find, MySpace has opened up a space to educate the youth on drugs…’Drug Addiction 411’…the end result? It’s actually an advertised space for another drug company that sells its drugs to stop the abuse of painkiller addiction…this totally bites. They just can’t get it right can they? (both parties)

On the plus side if you ever want to create a social network here are 43 ways to do so!

also the top 1,000 web2.0 sites all alphabetically categorized!

Lifestyle

I know alot of us sometimes hit a brick wall when formulating ideas or just plain need a breakthrough…that’s why there’s the handy dandy Idea Generator! Rather interesting and a cool looking widget.

Here’s a great post on how to give killer presentations even with a hangover! I am totally relishing this…although I do wonder where or when I will be presenting next…

I know this is an uber geeky joke but alexa the web information site…said YouTube is bigger than Google…don’t believe it? Here’s the graphical data…With my one word of approval.

I hope you’ve all enjoyed today’s post and there will be an announcement on Friday regarding a new schedule for my blogs and their focus angle.

Surface Computer?! Map wars! SL not so hot, Apple ain’t cool with MySpace

Mid-week it is! We got a lot to cover so let’s roll out the red carpet for your textual nirvana!!!

Tech Love

Microsoft has announced its Surface Computer…”Microsoft Surface.” No idea what a surface computer is? A Surface computer is able to recognize physical objects and allows hands-on, direct control of content such as photos, music and maps. Surface turns an ordinary tabletop into a dynamic surface that provides interaction with all forms of digital content through natural gestures, touch and physical objects.

The new product is aimed directly at hotels, retail establishments, restaurants and public entertainment venues and should be commercially available towards the end of the year. Checked out the video clip and was rather impressed! Pong anyone?

After yesterday’s post on Microsoft Live’s 3D maps…Google has come back with Google maps WITH 360 streetside views!!! I took a tour of New York again but on the street level today and really had a blast. Can’t wait to check out NYC one day…unless someone out there comes up with a super great innovation before I actually get there~ Maybe on World of Warcraft hehe

Now I know how much the media loves Second Life and how awesome it is for people and marketing activities and so on…Here’s another heartbreaker for them, here’s the real-life picture (I laugh I laugh) of what’s actually happening to these big names in the SL environment.

Apple ain’t such a big fan of MySpace? Interesting…well basically apple stores allow people to try out and tinker with their products, but when people rock up to check their MySpace…they decide to take their freakin time taking photos, commenting and basically not letting others test the machines…which has resulted in MySpace being banned in Apple stores. *Chortle chortle*

Lifestyle

Keep your fave foods fresh! Here’s a clip for closing chip bags without the clip! And how to keep cookies fresh with bread??!!!

Today’s pic is…how to promote fights! Wish Don King had known this ages ago!

Enjoy!
